Whether you are a beginner novice rider or planning on competing at North American Junior Young Rider Championships your participation is important. Join Young Riders and receive a Young Rider Hat, a FREE clinic at the Area VI annual meeting in January at Ram Tap and be able to participate in the Young Rider Team Challenges. Young Rider Team Challenge Mission Statement: To generate enthusiasm for the young rider program by offering a positive team oriented experience for competitors at the beginner novice though advanced level horse trials. Entry Requirements: > Be an Area VI young rider member in good standing at or above the level entered. YOU CAN JOIN THIS WEEKEND! > Sign up at the event as a complete team of three or four, or as an individual to be placed on a scratch team. > Teams must be signed up before the competition starts. > No team entry fee Structure: The Inaugural Young Rider Team Challenge competition will take place here at Galway Downs 2007 and will be offered in 2008 at the following competitions: 3 Day Ranch- March 2008 Copper Meadows- Sep. 2008 Twin Rivers- April 2008 Ram Tap- October 2008 Woodside- August 2008 Awards will be presented at each competition to the 1st and 2nd place teams.
