Late entries are not accepted, and at most events entries are accepted on a first-come basis. Stabling Form - USEA  It's especially important to send these with entries, especially if you want to end up in the same area as your friends or coach/trainer. Event Evaluation Form  This is also available at the entry desk at events.  It's good to fill these out so that events, courses and officials can keep on getting better and better. Organizers frequently refer to them to assess necessary changes.
